Shipping

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are based on UPS shipping rates and the shipping weight of your items. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. Careful of ATV fenders – the shipping on these items can run over $100!

Oversize or heavy Items: ATV Fenders, ATV Racks, ATV Bumpers, ATV Skid Plates, Nerf Bars, Snowmobile belly pans, Snowmobile hoods, and a few other items are OVERSIZE or HEAVY. These items will incur an additional charge of as much as $50 above the freight shown on your invoice. If you are ordering any of the above items we suggest you contact us by email to see if they are oversize. We reserve the right to ship this item and charge additional freight without notice; or cancel the order at our discretion.

Shipment Methods: We ship via Fed-Ex, USPS or UPS Freight at our discretion. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders are always shipped via USPS.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.

Clearance Items

ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed on business days following the day your order was placed. For this reason, you may not change or cancel your order once it is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as we ship your order. If your order cannot be processed for any reason, we will notify you by phone or email within 24 hours. All orders are shipped 3 - 7 business days after your order was placed. Note: This is if your items are IN STOCK. Special Order items will take additional time as we await delivery from the manufacturer.

'Special Order' Delivery Times: Since we cannot possibly stock all the items that our customers desire we must 'special order' most items from our suppliers. These items normally arrive within 1-3 business days. Note: Special Orders placed after 9 AM are not shipped by our suppliers until the following day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Orders placed after 9 AM on Friday, on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays are processed the following business day.

Points to consider regarding shipping:

• The day your order ships does not count as a shipping day
• Fed-Ex or UPS do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays.
  Additionally non-delivery days do not count as shipping days.

RETURNS: All returns must be postmarked no later than 25 days from the original customer shipment date. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY Arcticcatpowersports.com
Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material.
Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. (Email info@arcticcatpowersports.com for your return authorization.) These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.  

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect Size: We will exchange customer orders that do not fit. Customer pays all shipping charges and a 25% re-stock fee. We have sizing charts available on our site.

Customer Order Error: All hard parts, fische parts, electrical parts are non-refundable/returnable. On apparel and accessories the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge and a 25% re-stock fee.

Return Shipping Instructions:ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY US. Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions:ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED BY US. Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to :
